First In Series Of Fiori E Sale Experiences A Big Hit

The first in the series of Fiori e Sale Experiences was exactly as promised – an opportunity for people to come together through creativity, culture and Italian hospitality, all the while painting “Meet me in Capri” under the direction of art instructor Angelica Herrera of AH Crafts NM. There was quite a mixture of painting experience levels, but as can be seen above, everyone took home a delightful piece of art. Host Ufemia Bernal greeted the artists with a handmade refreshing made with cucumber and ginger on the house and showed up throughout the evening with other treats such as affogato. Guests also ordered dinner from the full menu. The Los Alamos Reporter joined the group for a very pleasant evening, meeting new friends and learning new skills. Watch out for the announcement of the next Fiori e Sale Experience and meanwhile, stop by the restaurant at 1325 Trinity Drive in Los Alamos. Courtesy photo
