As part of its plans for a new 25,000 square foot health care facility on 1.64 acres at the corner of Diamond Drive and DP Road in Los Alamos, CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center has purchased additional property at 101 DP Road.

The additional property at 101 DP Road was previously owned by H&M Properties and the deed of sale was filed with the Los Alamos County Clerk’s Office in early June 2026. CHRISTUS reportedly plans to demolish the structures on the property and convert the parcel into overflow parking for the proposed new facility across the street,

Only one part of the building is currently occupied and the tenants will remain there until they confirm a new location for their beauty salon.
