Today I sat in a line of vehicles for about 10 minutes waiting to go up the hill from White Rock to Los Alamos from Rover Ave.  Only one lane was available due to repaving,

Chores completed, I went back to White Rock via Bandelier because obviously, they wouldn’t make BOTH roads to White Rock on-lane only!  Only a moron would do that!.  Well, guess what?  I sat in a line of vehicles for about 15 minutes because BOTH roads to White Rock were under construction and one-lane only AT THE SAME TIME!

Who is responsible for this mess, and how do we get them fired?
