The Yes! In My Backyard! (YIMBY) Adventure Film Festival, which was inspired by Kyle Dickman’s Leadership Los Alamos experience. The event returns to SALA Theater this weekend at 5 p.m., Saturday, May 16.
YIMBY will be another high energy night of films about biking, outdoor adventure, and the natural world. This year’s 90-minute program features award-winning short films from Banff Mountain Film Festival and other top festivals.
There will be music from a local DJ and big giveaways (including kids’ mountain bikes, original art from local artists, full house cleanings, outdoor gear, and many more).
All proceeds support Tuff Tykes, a local program helping kids learn mountain biking and build confidence outdoors.
