The community is invited to attend a workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 16 on Healing Our Individual and Collective Trauma — Responding skillfully to whatever life brings: practical tools for regulation, clarity, and resilience at the Unitarian Church of Los Alamos.
