
PAHOA NEWS RELEASE
The Board of the Pajarito Acres Homeowners Association (PAHOA) is proposing an amendment to increase the dues authorized in the Protective Covenants of its two developments, Pajarito Acres 1 and Pajarito Acres 2.
We recognize that owners will have questions as to the amendment process prescribed by our Covenants and also regarding the proposed amendment. In order to address these questions and concerns of the owners in the Association, we are sponsoring the following town-hall question and answer sessions for PAHOA owners:
Monday, May 11, 6:00-7:30 PM, White Rock United Methodist Church, 580 Meadow Lane,
Tuesday, May 12, 6:00-7:30 PM, White Rock United Methodist Church, 580 Meadow Lane
Sunday, May 17, 3:00-4:30 PM, White Rock United Methodist Church, 580 Meadow Lane
Tuesday, May 19, 6:00-7:00 PM, White Rock Library, large meeting room
There will be certified notaries available at these sessions to simplify the signing process for
those owners who decide or have decided to sign their approval.
Owners can find their Covenants (also on file with the Los Alamos County Clerk) at www.pahoa.org under the “documents” tab. To reach the PAHOA website, type in
the full address as written, including the “www”.
