Registration is open for the 2026 Spring Gymkhana (Horse Play Day) Series! Participants can register for individual event days or sign up for the full series, running April 15 – June 3, 2026. Choose the option that works best for you!
Gymkhana events often emphasize children’s participation, but adults are welcome too! In most of the western United States, the phrase “gymkhana” means “games on horseback”. The Gymkhana includes timed speed events such as barrel racing, keyhole race, flag race, pole bending, and on or off-horse roping.
Riders of all experiences are welcome, and horses of any breed or combination of breeds may be entered. However, no stallions are allowed.
Fees are:
- $10.00 per day entry per participant or $40 for the series
- Family of 4: $35 for the day or $140 for the series
The Gymkhana series dates are:
- April 15, 2026
- April 29, 2026
- May 13, 2026
- May 27, 2026
- June 3, 2026 (Newly Added)

Please note: A minimum number of participants is required for each event. Early registration helps us avoid cancellations and ensures a great experience for all riders. We look forward to seeing you and your horses out for a fun and competitive series!
