Second Virtual LAnet Community Broadnet Update Is This Evening

Los Alamos County fiber is expected to begin rolling out in April, and we’re hosting a second virtual Community Broadband Update today Wednesday at 6:00 PM to share what this means for our community.

We’ll discuss:

  • When County fiber construction will begin
  • How the rollout will work in different neighborhoods
  • What residents and businesses should expect
  • Updates on the new REDINet fiber path that will improve reliability
  • How the County fiber project will affect LAnet customers
  •  What happens in Quemazon and Hawk’s Landing

Representatives from REDINet and Bonfire will join to provide updates and answer questions.
