We’re amazed and humbled by the overwhelming amount of support our community has shown us since we announced that we were looking at closing. Thanks to your support, we are staying open for now and are hard at work considering options for how we can adjust our business model to be more robust in the longer term. We’re announcing one option today – new monthly memberships at Samizdat.

Members will get one book every month. For $20 per month, members of the Sonnet Society get a book of your choice from all in-store books (up to a $30 list price). You can also join the Sonnet Society by choosing to give one free book to our community every month, thanks to the help of a local social service organization. For $50 per month, members of the Codex Consortium get a monthly book as well as 10% off all books and 20% off of all signed editions.
