A meeting of the Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act Executive Committee is set for 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, at New Mexico Health Care Authority, Behavioral Health Services Division, 37 Plaza La Prensa, Santa Fe, NM  87507. The meeting may also be attended via Zoom.

This will be the fifth meeting of the Executive Committee established under the Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act (Senate Bill 3).

The Committee continues to shape the structure, cadence, and regional implementation of this landmark legislation, bringing together all three branches of government and community stakeholders to transform behavioral health services statewide. Public participation is encouraged as we work together to build a stronger, more equitable behavioral health system for all New Mexicans.
