It’s time for the Annual Midwinter Bald Eagle Watch! Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026 at Abiquiu Lake – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 4731 NM-96, Abiquiu, NM 87510.. There will be a short presentation starting at 9:30 am. The count will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please dress for cold weather and bring your binoculars or spotting scopes.
