UNITED CHURCH NEWS RELEASE

Everything, except jewelry, will be half-price at the United Church Thrift Shop this
Wednesday, from 8:30 am till 12:30 pm. This will be the last sale day this year, being
closed on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Close to downtown, The Thrift Shop is in
the 2500 block of Canyon Road, across from the Nature Center.

The Women’s Christian Service Society (WCSS) deeply appreciates the community’s
support with donated items and shopping locally. Thanks to you, this year $87,000 will
be plowed into Northern New Mexico charities, as well as redirecting clothing and
household items from landfills for re-use. Thank you!

If you miss the bargains this Wednesday, the next shopping day will be January 7, 2026.
