LOS ALAMOS STEAM NEWS RELEASE

Los Alamos STEAM Lab will be hosting a Meet and Greet for all School Board candidates on October 20th from 6pm – 8pm.  Please stop by and take the opportunity to have an informal chat with candidates about your questions and concerns.  Currently, Tammy Hinkley, Antonio Jaurigue, and Margie Serrano have confirmed their attendance.

Folks are welcome and encouraged to bring their children.  We will have a small staff on hand to wrangle them as necessary in our various play areas.  We have trains and tracks for smaller folk, but there are choking hazards for those that like to taste their toys.

Elections are important and in many ways local elections are even more so.  Please come make sure you can make an informed decision about the direction you would like to see our schools move toward. Seats 1 and 2 are currently up for election. Voters for these seats cover all of White Rock and some of Aspen. People are welcome to come chat with candidates regardless of their voting district, as the school board serves all of Los Alamos regardless of district.
