This event is open to all ages (however it is uncensored). It will consist of a three-round competition followed by an open mic. Poets must present their own original work. Judges selected at random from the audience will score each performance from 1-10. Highest scores advance to the next round and the winner is determined by the final round score.

• 1st round – 8 poets will present 3 mins or less
• 2nd round – 4 poets will present 3 mins or less
• 3rd round – 2 poets will present 5 mins or less

The remaining time will host an open mic for anyone in attendance.
