LAPD Deputy Chief James Rodriguez announced at 9:30 a.m. that the westbound lane to White Rock – NM-4 – is closed due to a roll-over crash.  ‘LAPD is on scene investigating and awaiting a tow.  Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office is enroute as this crash lies in their jurisdiction,’ Rodriguez said.
