The Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization (LARSO) is hosting a Senior Health &
Wellness Fair on Thursday June 5 from 10:00am to 1:00pm at the Betty Ehart Senior
Activity Center. This free event welcomes all community members age 55+, caregivers,
and family members of older adults!

A wide variety of community and state health organizations will be represented.
Participating organizations will provide information on topics ranging from financial
wellness, travel, fitness, health therapies, assisted living, in-home care, end-of-life
planning, and nutritional support.

The 2025 Senior Health & Wellness Fair will feature the following resources and
activities:

-Covid-19 Vaccines for age 65+ with NM DOH
-Vaccine record checks with Nambe Drugs
-Blood Drive with Vitalant
-Mobile Market with SF Farmers’ Market Institute
-FREE Pizza Lunch (11:30am-12:30pm)
-Weight Room Tutorial with YMCA (1:00-2:00pm)

Health and Wellness Fair, as well as the Older Adult Network and the Non-Metro New
Mexico Area Agency on Aging for their support in organizing this event.

The Senior Activity Centers offer classes, workshops, transportation, meals and much
more for older adults in Los Alamos. The Betty Ehart and White Rock Centers are open
