LOS ALAMOS PRIDE NEWS RELEASE
The entire month of June is Pride Month. Los Alamos Pride invites any LGBTQ+ affirming organization or vendor to come out and celebrate with a table or booth.
The festival will once again be on the lawn at Central Park Square (adjacent to Boese Bros and the Y Express), on Friday, June 13, 3-7 p.m.
Own a business or non-profit? Non-profits and other organizations can host an information table to talk about what you offer the community for free. Sell arts and crafts or food! Tables with activities like lawn and carnival games, ball pits, chalk drawing, group art projects, face painting, photo booths, henna, trivia games, or fortune telling are welcome and encouraged at this family friendly afternoon lawn party.
Pride Week: Chock-full of fun and games
Los Alamos County celebrates Pride Week this year, June 8-15 with art projects (tie dying T-shirts and painting the underpass), a pride concert at Ashley Pond, Pride on the Patio at Pig + Fig, a special Unitarian Church service, and Pride After Dark adult event. See Los Alamos Pride Facebook for the schedule and more.
