FIORI E SALE NEWS RELEASE
A new café is quietly blooming in the heart of Los Alamos. Fiori e Sale, which means “flowers and salt” in Italian, has opened its doors at 1325 Trinity Drive. The location was most recently home to Encanto Bistro, which has now undergone a thoughtful rebranding into Fiori e Sale. The café is owned and operated by Ufemia Bernal Rios, who previously co-owned Encanto Bistro. Bernal Rios’s new concept invites guests into a world of rustic European charm, soulful food, and quiet comfort.
With a space that feels like an intimate escape—whitewashed walls, bougainvillea flowers,
painted faux windows, and soft Mediterranean touches—Fiori e Sale is more than a place to eat.
It’s a place to slow down, eat well, and feel good. During this soft launch, the café will offer a simple, seasonal menu featuring just a few carefully prepared plates each day—designed with intention and rooted in authentic European flavors. The team is still learning, growing, and developing the full experience, so hours and offerings may vary.
“We’re not just serving food,” said Fiori e Sale owner, Ufemia Bernal Rios. “We’re creating a
small world where comfort, creativity, and connection come together. That is a gift we want to
share with our community.”
Guests are encouraged to stop by, discover what’s on the menu that day, and be part of this
evolving story.
