After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Encanto Bistro Restaurant. Our final day of service will be Sunday, March 31, 2025. This was a mutual and heartfelt choice, made with respect and care. As we move forward in new directions, we ask for your understanding and continued positive energy.

Our time with this establishment has been a truly rewarding experience, filled with growth, connection, and community. We are deeply grateful for the journey and excited for what lies ahead.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our loyal customers, dedicated employees, and everyone who has supported us throughout our time in business. We are proud of the community we built and the memories we shared.
