LOS ALAMOS ARTS COUNCIL NEWS RELEASE

The Los Alamos Arts Council is excited to announce our spring and summer line up of adult and youth educational arts programs hosted at the historic Fuller Lodge Art Center.

Spring break art camps can be a great part of a staycation if your student needs a place to get their creative energy flowing! This year, we have camps for conferences and some additional fun art classes to make the Spring Break fly by! Our conference camps are in partnership with Los Alamos STEAM Lab this year too so when you sign up for art in the morning and STEAM in the afternoon our staff will help get the kiddos to their camp in Central Park Square from the Art Center.

Summer Camps!! The weather outside may not feel like summer, but our art camps are ready to go for your artsy student all summer long. With camps that connect students with art from around the world, into outer space, and back again, you won’t want to wait to sign up. Classes fill fast, and this year is no different, so hop online and find the perfect camp for your creative child. This year we have several new teachers, sewing programs, visual and 3D arts and much more.

Adult students, we have classes for you too! Whether you are looking to hone your skills in mobile photography, learn to throw on a ceramics wheel, or take an introductory class in watercolors or drawing, our teachers are ready to get you started.

You will find all the information you need for our camps and classes at our website.
