Missy Kay Olena has seen 31 Christmases at the North Mesa Stables and is helping us this Saturday to invite all the Los Alamos Community to walk in the tranquility of our County’s special equine park at 700 North Mesa Road.

Please come dressed warmly between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00pm to stroll up and down the gravel roads to the various barns offering friendly conversation, hot drinks, cookies, and a glimpse of our animals. It will be dinner time for the horses, so they may be in their stalls munching hay. However, there will be a nearly full moon and a clear sky forecast promising a magical family outing at “the farm”.

Please park in the ball fields parking lot across from the Posse Lodge so that dust can be kept to a minimum and safety maximized for families and animals. Dogs must be on leashes.
