LAPD NEWS RELEASE

David Neal Dye, 59, of Los Alamos was arrested October 8 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Samuel James Sparks, 21, of Santa Fe was arrested October 11 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant – aggravated, negligent use of a deadly weapon and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

Jose Marquez, 38, of Espanola, was arrested October 12 on a Municipal Court warrant.

Raul Quezada Ortiz, 40, of Los Alamos was arrested October 13 and charged wth aggravated assault against a household member.

Brenden Brown, 34, of White Rock was arrested October 16 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Sean Thomas Kraehenbuehl, 24, of Virginia, WV was arrested October 18. No charge listed.

Steven Thoren, 38, of Rio Rancho was arrested October 19 and charged with burglary from a vehicle, fraudulent use of a credit card and three Magistrate Court bench warrants.

Joshua David Deberry, 30, of Los Alamos was arrested October 19 and charged with aggravated under the influence – refused chemical testing, assault and battery on health personnel, open container and careless driving.

Derek Alex Gallegos, 25, of Los Alamos was arrested October 24 on a warrant from another jurisdiction.
