DOT To Hold Virtual Public Involvement Meeting Nov. 7 On NM 68 Phase 3 Roadway Improvement Project

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) in cooperation with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), has developed proposed design improvements for Phase 3 along the N.M. 68 corridor. Phase 3 begins near the Calle Valdez intersection and extends 1.8 miles north, just past the Po’Pay Avenue intersection.

Purpose: During the virtual meeting, the team will present the proposed design for Phase 3, including intersection improvements, multimodal facilities, drainage, and access changes. The design team is seeking input from the public. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation at 6:00 PM, followed by a Q&A session. A PDF of the presentation slides will be available on the webpage prior to the meeting. An audio recording of the meeting will be made available after the meeting as well.
