In collaboration with Samizdat Bookstore & Teahouse, Los Alamos Arts Council is proud to present a literary event in Fuller Lodge. Author Rachel Robbins will be releasing her debut novel, “The Sound of a Thousand Stars.” Published by Penguin Random House and premiering exclusively for this event, the book is a fictional account of two Jewish physicists working on the Manhattan Project, and is inspired by the experiences of Robbins’ grandparents. There will be a meal served, and the author will appear in conversation with Liz Martineau.
