COUNTY NEWS RELEASE

Los Alamos County Traffic & Streets Division, in coordination with Dismuke Contractors, are planning to perform pavement preservation (crack sealing) on Diamond Drive. To minimize disruption to the travelling public, this work is planned from Friday, Sept. 6 through Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024.

Beginning Friday morning, crews will start at the North Mesa roundabout and work west towards the golf course. On Saturday & Sunday, crews will start at the hospital and work north and east to the golf course.

Please be aware that this schedule is contingent on weather conditions, and rain may dictate adjustments.

For the safety of the workers and motorists, please slow down through the work zone.
Accommodations are also being planned for bicyclists to be able to safely travel through the work zone.
