FROM THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR

Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham will host two town halls on public safety next week: one in Albuquerque on Monday and another in Española on Tuesday.

“More than 500 members of the Las Cruces community participated in our public safety forum on Thursday and we’re eager to keep this crucially important conversation going,” said Gov. The next town hall is on Monday, July 29, at 5:30 p.m. in the CNM Smith Brasher Hall located at 717 University Blvd. SE in Albuquerque.

A town hall in Española will follow on Tuesday, July 30, at 5:30 p.m. at Northern New Mexico College Event Center located at 921 N. Paseo De Onate in Española. The public is invited to attend.

The events are open to the public and the media and will be streamed live online on the Governor’s Facebook page.
