NMDOT NEWS RELEASE

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) and Hasse Contracting Co. Inc. will begin a bridge maintenance project on U.S. 84/285 on the bridge that passes over N.M. 502 in Pojoaque.

Starting on July 30, 2024, the contractor will work through the night, from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. to minimize impact on traffic.  Overnight motorists can expect various lane closures, both northbound and southbound. The project is expected to take three weeks to complete.

Drivers are urged to watch out for workers in the area, observe traffic control signs and reduce speed to the posted speed limit. Updates on this project will be posted on the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s road advisory website, http://nmroads.com/.
