COUNTY NEWS RELEASE

Crews from the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) are in White Rock tackling a water break along NM-4, just north of White Rock.

Work will take place throughout the day as the break is isolated and repaired and is expected to be completed by late afternoon. Water to Tsankawi Prehistoric Sites and the LANL Shooting Range on the Truck Route has been turned off, so plan accordingly, if visiting. No other impacts are anticipated at this time.

Early this morning, some customers were experiencing low water pressure, but pressure should be restored at this time. If any customers experience no water, please call the Customer Care Center at 505-662-8333.
