Nathan Jeffrey McCulloch is a 2024 graduate of Los Alamos High School. A Los Alamos native, he also attended Pinon Elementary School and LAMS. He has played percussion for the last 6 years, first at the middle school and then in high school with the Los Alamos High School marching band and concert band, the Los Alamos high School jazz band, and the Los Alamos jazz Project, a division of the Santa Fe Youth Symphony Orchestra. 

He was a recipient of this year’s Los Alamos Community Winds scholarship as well as an ENMU academic scholarship.

After graduation Nathan will attend Eastern New Mexico University in Portales. He plans to major in criminal justice with a minor in emergency management. He would like to pursue a career in law enforcement. He was inspired by his uncle Daniel Roberts who is a commander with the Los Alamos Police department. 

In his free time Nathan loves drumming, camping and motorcycle riding. His parents are Patricia and Quinn McCulloch of Los Alamos and his siblings are Joey and Daisy. His family wishes Nathan all the best in following his dreams.
