The LAFC U11/12 Girls competitive team ended their season on a high note, taking 2nd place in the 2024 Durango Shootout Piedra division, with a very challenging final game against Rio Rapids 2012G. Coach Darren noted, “The final game was extremely competitive, I’m super proud of the team, this was by far the best I’ve seen them play this year as a team and as individuals.” Leading scorers in the tournament: Zoe R., Brianna T., and Mara H., scoring 2 goals each. LAFC U13/14 Girls competitive team ended their season on a positive note at the 2024 Durango Shootout. They posted a record of 3-1 and finished second in their age group. The LAFC U10 Girls competitive team had a stellar regular season where every player scored and they went undefeated in 12 of their 14 games! The team played in the Premier bracket of the United Cup in Bernalillo and finished as semifinalists. Most importantly, the U10 competitive girls had a lot of fun and improved tremendously both individually and as a team throughout the year! The team includes Lexi Pack, Austin Sievers, Sage Gardner, Gracie Nichols, Natalie Disterhaupt, Vivian Hansana, Maya Tamashiro, Mia Lin, Ellie Hawkley, Maureen Lausen, and Winnie Birocco.
