COUNTY NEWS RELEASE

The Los Alamos County Parks and Open Space Division has announced the Piñon Park Splash Pad (10 Sherwood Blvd., White Rock) will open for the summer season at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 24,

The Splash Pad will be operational from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week, and is scheduled to remain open through Labor Day weekend, Sept. 2. Adult supervision is recommended for the Splash Pad area, as this is an unsupervised facility. Athletic or similar equipment is not allowed, and animals are prohibited. Those using the facility are asked not to climb on the water features for safety and maintenance reasons.

The County reminds the community to play safely, have fun, and help keep the Piñon Park Splash Pad clean and in good condition for all to enjoy.
