This past week was truly special Encanto Bistro had the honor of celebrating a wonderful birthday for Joyce Nickols. At 89 years young. Joyce continues to inspire us all with her grace, wisdom, and enduring spirit. As the beloved mother of Todd Nickols, Executive Director of the Los Alamos Historical Society, her presence in our lives is a cherished gift beyond measure. 

The celebration was an unforgettable occasion filled with warmth, laughter, and heartfelt moments that touched the very core of our souls. Among the highlights of the day was the presence of members of the Los Alamos Police and Fire Departments, who graciously took the time to join us in congratulating Joyce. Their presence added an extra layer of joy and significance to the celebration, reminding us of the importance of community and the bonds that unite us. 

As we reflect on this beautiful gathering, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the love and support that surrounds Joyce. It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of friendship, kindness, and the beauty of coming together to celebrate the people we hold dear.
