The resignation of Los Alamos Board President Antonio Jaurigue is on the agenda for Thursday’s school board meeting. The Reporter reached out to Supt. Jennifer Guy Tuesday morning to ask for a copy of Jaurigue’s letter of resignation, which was not included in the agenda package. Supt. Guy responded that she did not yet have the letter.

“Our attorney said we did not have to post the letter. When I get it, I am happy to share it,” she said in an email.

Jaurigue discussed his upcoming resignation Tuesday evening in a column in the Los Alamos Daily Post ( https://ladailypost.com/laps-board-president-discusses-upcoming-resignation/) but has not responded to a request to publish it in the Reporter.
