Los Alamos Police Department responded Tuesday to a call from a maintenance worker who had found an unresponsive man near the building at 1247 Central Avenue. Los Alamos Fire Department and LAPD officers responded to the scene where sadly they found a local man in his mid-20s deceased.

Immediate family were notified Tuesday evening but the deceased’s name is not being released pending notification of extended family. The cause of death is under investigation.
