Kenneth Levi Blatchford, 42, of Albuquerque was arrested April 3 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Lily C. Richardson, 44, of Tempe, Ariz., was arrested April 4 and charged with battery against a household member.

William Ryan Skelton, 38, of Los Alamos was arrested April 7 and charged with assault against a household member and possession of a controlled sustance.

Joseph James O’Grady, 21, of White Rock was arrested April 7 and charged with receiving stolen property – firearms (less than $2,500) and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer
