Founded in 2023 by Mayra Suarez and Ufemia Bernal, Encanto Bistro embodies a celebration of culinary creativity and innovation. With over a decade of culinary experience, Mayra Suarez, formerly of Ruby K’s, takes center stage, and brings unparalleled dedication and skill to the kitchen.

Ufemia Bernal, a seasoned businesswoman with 20 years of experience, is a beacon of inspiration in our community, championing empowerment and individual development. Together, Mayra and Ufemia form an indomitable team, driven by their unwavering pride and excitement for the journey ahead.

At Encanto Bistro, we push the boundaries of flavor and imagination, seamlessly blending Mexican and Italian culinary traditions to create a menu that is both comforting and exhilarating. Our partnership with Sassella Restaurant and Chocolate Maven ensures a diverse selection of high-quality products and baked goods.
