PRECEPTER BETA CHAPTER NEWS RELEASE
Members of Preceptor Beta Chapter of Los Alamos got together to fill “Blessing Bags” for the
homeless. These bags were filled with new socks, hats, scarves, toiletries, water and food for
those people that are homeless and are in need of a little something to help them along during the winter. All of the items were donated by the Chapter and will be distributed over the next few weeks as needed. This is one of Preceptor Beta’s current projects service projects in addition to participating in the Los Alamos Cares Food Distribution Program this year. In
December 2023 it adopted two families in the Adopt a Family Program run by a sister chapter in Los Alamos (If you need shelter, food or human services, contact St Elizabeth Shelter Corp, 804 Alarid Street, Santa Fe or the City of Albuquerque Homeless Services at 505 768 2860.)
