Helen El Dean ‘Ellie’ Tatom of Santa Fe passed away peacefully at the age of 95, at home, on Feb. 6, 2024.

Ellie and her husband, Jerry, moved to Los Alamos in 1955, where they raised their family. After they raised their children, Ellie worked managing the office of Dr. Robert Miller. When Jerry retired they moved to Santa Fe and traveled the world.

Ellie is survived by her husband, sons Kirk (artist-sculpture in the Los Alamos County building), Steven, and Michael, and daughter RaeAnn, along with seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
