Wesley Garcia and Morgan Osborn are delighted to announce the birth of their daughter, Winter Reece Garcia, on Jan. 24, 2024. Winter weighed 7lbs 5oz at birth and was 19 inches long. Winter’s mom is a graduate of Los Alamos High School and her maternal grandparents are former Los Alamos residents Scott and Sandra Osborn. Courtesy photo
