Christine Archuleta from the Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority (SFCHA) Española office will be in Los Alamos on Wednesday, Jan. 24, to offer Los Alamos residents assistance with the Los Alamos County Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program (also known as Section 8).

Archuleta will accept walk-ins from 10 a.m. to noon on January 24, at the Los Alamos County Social Services office at 1183 Diamond Drive, Suite E, Los Alamos, NM.  She advises that there may be extended wait times as she will meet with individuals on a first-come, first-served basis. In the afternoon, she will meet with individuals who have scheduled appointments between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Contact Archuleta directly at 505-753-3897 or christinea@sfcha.com to schedule an appointment. 

Throughout the year, Archuleta will visit Los Alamos twice a month on Wednesdays to provide guidance and assistance with the HCV program.
