SALA Event Center seeking dedicated team members for the position of Operations Assistant and Event Host.

Role Overview:
As our Operations Assistant and Event Host, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring a top-notch experience for guests and operational efficiency of our venue. From film projection and tech configuration, to event set-up, to concession sales, to housekeeping tasks, our operations team wears many hats, works very hard, and has a great time serving the community in Los Alamos. You’ll assist with public movie screenings, private events, ticket sales, concession sales, event production, event tear-down, and clean-up. You will ensure the venue is safe, clean, and orderly. You will be an excellent team member, communicating clearly and effectively. You will uphold and promote the SALA brand while serving its mission.

Attention to detail, dedication to following procedures, and excellent teamwork.
A genuine passion for movies, events, and community engagement.
Ability to multitask in a lively environment.
Previous experience in theater operations or event hosting is a plus.
