‘Trunk Or Treat’ Event Set For Oct. 30 At Poeh Cultural Center In Pojoaque


The Poeh Cultural Center is thrilled to announce the most anticipated Halloween extravaganza of the year, the “Trunk or Treat” event, scheduled for Monday, Oct. 30, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. This family-friendly community event will take place at the Poeh Cultural Center, located at 78 Cities of Gold Rd, Santa Fe, NM, 87506.

“Trunk or Treat” promises an evening filled with ghoulish delights and Halloween enchantment, and it’s open to all ages. Attendees can expect an array of spooktacular activities, including:

 **Trunk or Treating:** Stroll through our creatively decorated trunks and gather Halloween treats from tribal departments and local businesses

 **Costume Contest:** Dress to impress! Join the costume contest for a chance to win exciting prizes. Categories for kids and adults.

 **Pumpkin Decorating:** Unleash your inner artist and decorate your very own pumpkin. On-site 45-minute carving for the first 15 participants. 

**Cotton Candy:** Satisfy your sweet tooth with some cotton candy!
**Cake Walk:** Be one of the lucky winners to win a cake during the cake walk.

Admission to the “Trunk or Treat” event is FREE, and all are welcome to join in the Halloween festivities. Costumes are highly encouraged, and the event promises to be a memorable experience for the whole family.

This event is made possible through the support of the Pojoaque Youth Empowerment Program, Youth Path to Wellness, Pojoaque Tribal Housing, and the Pojoaque Boys & Girls Club, and the hard work of our community volunteers. We are grateful for their dedication in making this celebration possible.
