Victor and Amalia Castillo, above, of Senor Tortas fame officially announced Wednesday that they have signed a contract with Smith’s Marketplace to operate the area of the food court formerly held by Infinite BBQ. Senor Tortas food has been very popular in its former location at the American Legion building. The Castillos have also operated their food truck on Central Avenue and they have brought food to the Summer Concert Series at Ashley Pond Park. ‘We are getting everything together – equipment, menus, supplies and food!
