ACT NEWS RELEASE

Atomic City Transit (ACT) has announced that fixed route bus service will not operate on Monday, Oct. 9 in observance of the Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

ACT will operate a Dial a Ride Service from 6:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Residents must call (505) 661-RIDE (7433) to schedule a ride on a first come first serve basis beginning Monday at 5:45 a.m.  The last call to reserve a ride is 5:15 p.m. 

Please have the following information available when scheduling a ride; rider’s name, pick-up and drop off locations and phone number. 

Service on Route 12 to Bandelier will run as normal with 20-minute service. 

Regular services will resume Tuesday, Oct. 10.
