Governor Orders Flags To Half-Staff Sept. 7-14 In Mourning Of Former Governor Bill Richardson

Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham ordered all flags in the state of New Mexico to half-staff from Sept. 7 to Sept. 14 in mourning for former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, who died Friday.   

All flags in the state will remain at half-staff until sundown Thursday, Sept. 14.
