BOESE BREW CO NEWS RELEASE

This coming Saturday, Sept. 9 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Boese Brew Co will celebrate their second annual Oktoberfest at Ashley Pond in Los Alamos the only way they know how; great beers, delicious food, and lots of music. This year, the brewfest will feature six breweries, food, three great bands, and a newly-added kid’s area. 

“We had such a positive reaction to last year’s Oktoberfest and we wanted to come back and make it better than ever,” says George Boese, co-owner of Boese Brew Co, “in a family-focused city like Los Alamos, we know how important it is to have activities for the kids, which is why we added a bounce obstacle course and teamed up with Explora Abq to offer interactive science-based entertainment.” 

There will be beer, cider, and spirits from Boese Brew Co, Bathtub Row, Red River, Marble, Tractor Brewery and Sidetrack Brewery. Scheduled food vendors include Senor Tortas, Joe Daddy’s Grill, Manko and the Boese team, serving up bratwurst and pretzels. 

Gates open at 12:00 pm and our first band, Garry Blackchild and the Ghost Trio will be coming on at 1:30 pm. ABBAQuerque (an ABBA cover band) will be coming at 4:00 pm, followed by headliner Reviva at 6:30 pm. 

Das Boot Club VIP Tickets are $45 and will be available online and at the door, while supplies last. General Admission Adult tickets will be $20, Non-drinking Adult and Child Tickets are $10 and will be available at the gate the day of the event.
