Los Alamos High School and Los Alamos Middle School are  gearing up for the 2023 volleyball season. There will be a mandatory meeting for all parents and players  in grades 7 – 12 interested in playing volleyball this year on  Thursday, Aug. 10 from 6 pm to 7 pm in the LAHS Speech Theater located next to the Auxiliary Gym at the high school.

Volleyball at LAHS is open to all Incoming 9th through 12th  graders. Griffith Gym will be available for volleyball from 3:30  pm to 5:30 pm on August 8, 9 and 10. Tryouts will be held on  Monday, August 14 and Tuesday, August 15 from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 6 pm  respectively. Teams will be announced following tryouts on August 15. 

The LAMS volleyball program is open to incoming 7th and 8th graders. Open gym dates at the  LAMS gym are Thursday, August 10 from 3 pm to 4:15 pm for 7th graders, followed by 8th  graders from 4:15 pm to 5:30 pm. On Friday, August 11, the gym will be open from 3 pm to 5 pm  for 7th graders, and 5 pm to 7 pm for 8th graders. Tryouts will be from 3 pm to 5 pm for 7th  graders on Monday, August 14 and Tuesday, August 15. Tryouts for 8th graders will be on the  same dates from 5 pm to 7 pm. Teams will be announced on Wednesday, August 16 at 4 pm.
