Celebrate International Coworking Day At projectY cowork On Wed., Aug. 9

PROJECTY COWORK NEWS RELEASE

– projectY cowork Los Alamos is celebrating International Coworking Day on Wednesday, Aug. 9. Day passes will be free for everyone, serving as a perfect opportunity for anyone curious about coworking or looking to change up their work routine.

“We’ll be celebrating coworking by inviting our community to learn what it is we do, and why it’s so special,” says Alice Holtzclaw, Membership and Program Manager at projectY. “In Los Alamos, projectY is a resource for anyone who needs a place to find productivity and connection, and we’d love to share that experience with more remote workers, entrepreneurs and others.”

In addition to typically offering day passes, projectY has a range of membership options, including access to the space 24/7. The public may rent out the small conference room, as well as the entire flexible event space after hours and on weekends. Members and space users have access to high-speed internet in an air-conditioned environment, a small kitchenette and soundproof phone booths for phone and video calls.

Since its inception in June 2016, project Y cowork has hosted hundreds of entrepreneurial events attracting individuals from across Northern New Mexico. In addition to various membership options and punch card passes to the workspace, projectY also allows non-members to reserve its 10-person conference room and event space for after-hours and weekend use.
