The Missoula Children’s Theater, hosted by the Los Alamos Arts Council, wrapped up day one of auditions and rehearsals Monday at Crossroads Bible Church in Los Alamos. From more than 90 registrations, 60 Los Alamos youth from ages 5-16 were selected for on stage and behind the scenes roles for the upcoming production of “The Little Mermaid”.
Students will rehearse and take part in workshops all week culminating in an evening performance at Crossroads Bible Church at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 29. Tickets are on sale now at this link:https://www.eventbrite.com/e/missoula-childrens-theater-the-little-mermaid-performance-tickets-681842097067 and will be available at the door until the seats are filled. We encourage all to come support these young thespians and enjoy the show.
If your student did not participate in auditions today or did not receive a role, there will be theater-themed programs Tuesday through Friday on site at the Fuller Lodge Art Center hosted by Los Alamos Arts Council and the Los Alamos STEAM.
