SALA NEWS RELEASE
SALA, Los Alamos Event Center, is thrilled to announce its upcoming events for this week. With a variety of exciting activities and programs, SALA has something for everyone.
Starting on Wednesday, May 10, SALA is offering the After-School from 1pm to 5pm and After-Work from 5pm to 9pm, these programs are designed for friends to have a fun moment together. The programs will feature activities like arcade games, Nintendo on the big screen, VR headsets, and more. The entrance fee is only $10 per person. Additionally, SALA is holding more auditions for Los Alamos Got Talent from 1pm to 2pm, a great contest where kids can show off their talents on stage.
On Thursday, May 11, SALA presents Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 at 3 pm and 6 pm. The Parallel Cinema program is themed “Mental Health Matters” and features “Screenagers, Next Chapter.” This event is entirely free, and the first 25 students to bring an adult will receive a free popcorn and drink, this event is in collaboration with Los Alamos Public Schools and JJAB.
On Friday, May 12, SALA will show Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 at 3 pm and 6 pm.
On Saturday, May 13, SALA’s Classics program themed “A Memorial Day Marathon,” sponsored by Wiemann Wealth Strategies, presents “We Were Soldiers” at 6 pm. Additionally, Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 will be shown at 3 pm and 6 pm.
Finally, on Sunday, May 14, SALA will end the week with more showings of Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 at 3 pm and 6 pm.
